• There is a 20 percent deposit required for all reservations.
• The balance of the trip is due the day of service, prior to pick up.
• Party is still responsible for FULL balance if cancelled within 7 days of service.
• Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of service.
• Wedding and prom deposits are non-refundable
